Mega Pets return policy

Our return policy is open and flexible. You can do so by mail or by bringing the item back to a local store.

To return an item by mail, simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Complete the return slip.
2. Place the slip and item in its original container, and use the pre-printed shipping label.
3. Drop the item at a UPS store or box within 120 days of the original order date.
   
   You'll get an email confirmation and a refund when your package is received and processed.
