File a claim in minutes

After you’ve returned your item in a way that’s convenient for you, visit the refund request page within 28 days of the return ship date.

To return an item by mail, simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Complete the return slip.
2. Place the slip and item in its original container, and use the pre-printed shipping label.
3. Drop the item at a UPS store or box within 120 days of the original order date.
   
   You'll get an email confirmation and a refund when your package is received and processed.
